Plain Sailing

 Hello friends!

How I wish life was plain sailing, don't you?

A card for a male, though I guess if a female were into sailing it would serve equally well on the female front.

A quick card.... self explanatory...... the image is from an ages old Making Cards magazine for men...I knew it would come in useful someday!

The sentiment is again ages old and from craftwork cards. It just says Happy Birthday though it doesn't show well on the photograph.

Chloes birthday card has arrived in good time at the other side of the world so I will share that with you a little nearer the time. Pleased the postal system seems to be getting better.

I hope you are all keeping well and if you are under the weather I hope you feel better soon. Have a good Easter next weekend everyone...chocolate!!...yumm. Fingers crossed that Asda deliver my Easter egg (yes just the one) tomorrow and it is not out of stock!

Take care everyone and Thank You for stopping by.

Love Carole xx

  1. It's a very calming scene Carol. I do know a lady who would love this, she wanted to sail across the Atlantic before settling down to have children. She wasn't a seasoned sailor but found a crew who were doing the crossing as a training run for a race and offered to take her along.

  2. A brilliant card for any man or lady Carole. Love the addition of the knotted rope. Been lovey to see the sun over the last few days. Big hugs, Carol S.xxxx
