I hope you are all well. The sunshine here has been replaced with rain and gales today and it is cooler too. I guess it is normal for March.
Another week gone and time is 'March'ing on (see what I did there?).....sorry , I can hear you all groaning.
Well I got to Harrogate and got my Glossy Accents........and .....well see below....
Can you spot the glossy accents?...just a small bottle as I don't use a lot.
It was a very busy show and rather more of a crush than anything in the morning....I have to say I lost the will to live at one point! It wasn't till after lunch that it calmed down and one could see a bit and get near the stalls. Anyway a good day overall as I bumped into a few people from craft club and met up with a couple of friends for coffee and then went out for tea with more friends after the show.
Despite my new purchases my time this week has been taken up with other things so no crafting taken place so instead just showing you a few makes from the monthly craft club I go to. The first two were using a Sue Wilson die and if you remember the Thank You card I did the other week...that was made with left over pieces from craft class that I kept to use later.
This next one is a papercuts die and was a fairly quick card to do.
Have a good weekend and I will hopefully see you all again next week,
Thank you for stopping by.....I do appreciate your visits and all the lovely comments you leave me that make my day.
Crafty hugs
Carole xx
Looks about right Carole - well you had to justify the petrol. I bought those Honey Doo backgrounds at Doncaster and not sure where they are which means they've not seen ink. Pretty cards and especially like the black and white one.

I'm so glad it calmed down enough for you to buy a few new goodies. I've got a bottle of glossy acents in the cupboard and it must be about 5 years old now!
ReplyDeleteThree super cards, the colours and flower on the first two are so pretty but I love the black + white elegant design of the last xx
You naughty Girlie.... all them goodies!!! LOL
ReplyDeleteA nice array of cards though Carole - love them all. Been the same here today - a perfect excuse not to move out of the craft room chair! x
Beautiful cards Carole and love the sentiment on the black and white one. Haven't seen it before. Glad to hear you had a good time at Harrogate. Have a great weekend, hugs, Carol S.xx
ReplyDeleteNice haul Carole, enjoy playing with your goodies when you get chance. Your cards are super and my favourite is the classy black and white one, its very cleverly designed x
ReplyDeleteThese are lovely Carole, some of the dies you can get now are fab for quick cards that are really eye catching
ReplyDeleteSorry I missed you at the show it would have been nice to have a catch up. I wanted a polkadoodle stamp but couldn't get near, I gave up!
Ooh, new stash! We have a show near here and discovered that it's much easier to get round later in the day. Earlier you can barely move. I'm sure you'll have fun with this lot. That black and white card is very striking. What a great idea. x
ReplyDeleteHi Carole

The Honey Doo stamp set looks interesting!

Beautiful cards Carole, it was so nice to see you, the time went all too quickly. Art from the heart closed at 4.. so didn't get to go there, maybe it's a good job as spent quiet a bit at the show lol!! Haven't had a play yet as the week has gone so quickly. hope to catch up soon..

Oooh! Naughty girl, but I like it! I don't like crowds and I can imagine it was packed there! Love the cards you made, the yellow rose is beautiful... Loving the look of the stamp you got with the yachts too!
ReplyDeleteThose blooms are gorgeous! I just love that rose. AND luck you..what a great haul!! Love your new goodies!
ReplyDeleteOooh, that last card took my breath away, Carole! It's stunning! I love the rose cards, too! A very productive and talented class! And I just about fell off my chair laughing at the photo of your "glossy accents." So true, whether in person or online. I'm glad you recovered from the crush and went on to live and enjoy your crafty pals!! Hugs, Darnell
