Hi Friends...wishing you all a very happy 2025 and a healthy one.
I hope you have all recovered from Christmas and are all well ready to face 'another fresh start'. I have to say that I am!
First off I must apologise for being awol. I didn't seem to be at all organised for Christmas this last time, so I am determined to be different this year..but its not a resolution..just a feeling of determination to get a grip on life.
A couple of cards to show you cased from Jo from lavinia stamps..thank you Jo! so not my designs but I enjoyed making them. The fist one is all inked and the second one is one of lavinia's new backgrounds recently released.
The first one was for my son and DIL here in the UK ....love that tree...and this one was for a crafty friend of mine.
Well here in the UK there is the promise of snow this weekend. the temperatures have plummeted, but on the brighter side, the days are slowly getting longer as we are past the shortest day. It always seems to take longer for the days to become longer though, than it does when the days get shorter!
Thank you for stopping by and sticking with me despite my absence. I hope to see you all again soon spurred on with my new determination!
Take care, keep warm and stay well

Lovely to see you out and about Carol and with two real beauties. Love what you did with the DL back panel, I've get to actually use one, on my to do list, was a tad worried if the stamping would how up but clearly it does as your card confirms.
ReplyDeleteBest wishes for 2025.

Hi Carole
ReplyDeleteLike you I too have been MIA - sadly life often gets in the way of what we would really like to be doing. But never mind .. .. .. it makes it all the more special and enjoyable when we finally find we have time to indulge ourselves.
Two really gorgeous cards. I love them both.
Hope you enjoyed Christmas and I wish you all the very best for 2025. May it hold everything you are wishing for (and more crafty time).
Love and hugs

WOW! You're back! And with two gorgeous Lavinia cards too. They are both brilliant. Stay warm and cosy in this colder weather. xxx
ReplyDeleteWhat a fabulous pair of cards to start off the year with! I love how atmospheric they are and like you, think that tree is fabulous. You have inspired me to explore the Lavinia range.
ReplyDeleteWishing you a happy and healthy 2025.
Hugs

Hi Carole, nice to see you back online, love the two cards, I have a Lavinia stamp sitting on my desk, I got busy doing something else and it is still sitting. The aurora in the second card is beautiful, we have had Aurora Australis, here if you happen to be awake between midnight and 4am and in the right part of Aus... I think the furthest it has reached is part way up the NSW coast... Have a wonderful week... Megan
