After a weeks break in Zante I am back home and in full flow with the washing...and ironing now that the sun is shining. I did pack it for my return home (the sun ..well I guess the ironing too before it was washed...lol) but it was held up in customs...it finally arrived here in West Yorkshire yesterday...phew, I'd had enough paddling in all the rain....at least the plants have had plenty to drink!
A few cards from card class as obviously I have not been crafting much of late. Life has certainly got in the way of things this last couple of months. beginning to see the daylight but still a couple of woody bits to get through first.
Here goes...grab that drink.......warning lots of pics this time around...
This one is a heartfelt creations stamp and die...sorry don't know the name.
I think this one may be Woodware and I think the background die cut is an old Spellbinders one... I love it!
and this is a mixture...the tag, bubbles mad flowers all different.
and now to the view from our balcony last week.....
and of course there had to be a bit of shopping in Zante town!...only joking of course! Notice the sign is in English!
Are you still with me?
OK well it's time to hit the hay here...pushing midnight so just time for me to say a BIG Thank you for popping in and for all the love you kind people leave me...always so very much appreciated.
I have been popping round blogland to see all your wonderful creations...you really are a talented bunch and I am honoured (and lucky too) to be able to consider you all my friends.
Stay happy, safe and well till next time.
Hugs
Carole xx
Yes it's arrived here as well Carole. I'm with you on the sign in English, much the same as Amsterdam, order a coffee you are asked if there is anything else you fancy!! Not been to Zante but if it's anything like the Greek Islands I have been to it will be beautiful.
ReplyDeleteA superb array of craftiness, hard to pick a favourite but I am drawn to the centre gatefold, the floral baskets are beautiful and it's a lovely sentiment as well.

A beautiful collections of cards, Carole. What a stunning view from your balcony in Zante. I've never been there, but it looks idyllic. It's been so hot here, but thankfully we have a cooler day today to give us a break from all the heat. I thunderstorm would be nice to clear the air. xx
ReplyDeleteHello there, I hope you enjoyed your holiday and you've come back to glorious weather to make your holiday feel a bit longer. I love all your cards, my favourite is the hanging baskets, I think its stunning x
ReplyDeleteA gorgeous selection of cards Carole. We have been on holiday too last week. We went to The Cotswolds. The weather on the whole was rubbish and found the area boring. We enjoyed the Yorkshire Dales more, as there were animals in the fields!! Hugs, Carol S.xx
ReplyDeleteSend the weed here - am in need of it!! LOL
ReplyDeleteGreat cards Carole and glad you had a good time - without the cannabis of course!!!
Hi Carole
ReplyDeleteWelcome home .. .. thank you for bringing some decent weather back with you.
A fabby array of cards. All so lovely as always.
How come your bags got held up ... was that to do with the cannabis? You really should stay away from those sort of shops!! LOL!!
Lovely view from your balcony .. .. it looks a really beautiful place to stay.
Love Jules xx
Zante? Oh how lovely! I'm glad you finally got away from the rain! Your cards are stunning and I love those wellies! I hope you have a lovely week... Not too warm is it?
ReplyDeleteWhat a fabulous collection of cards Carole! Love the bold colours and the variety in all the designs. I'm glad you had a well deserved break and thank you for bringing the sunshine home!
ReplyDeleteHave a great weekend.

I'm glad you had a good holiday, it sounds as though you needed it. I'm sorry to hear things have been difficult but I hope your granddaughter is well on the mend now. It's so hard to be far away, as you say. I had a quick peek at all your recent cards. I love your style of lots of colour and interest but lots of white too. I am inspired to get more made but I really need to organise my time better. It just seems to disappear. I have to accept that it's more of a winter hobby for me but I miss it. A card class sounds good so you make the time to go. Take care. x
ReplyDeleteA lovely selection of cards Carole. I particularly like the gatefold, I don't think I have any Heartfelt Creations stamps and that one is really pretty.
ReplyDeleteGlad you had a fab holiday, we saw a similar shop in Italy - didn't go in though!!
Have a good week
Anne xx
